- Improved the way we handle timeouts. We now use a middleware and care about router's context.
- Implemented database migrations. v1 <-> v2 and v2 <-> v2.1.0.
- Fixed some bugs.
- Added CockroachDB support, now the queries and the tables are probably compatible with other PostgreSQL based DBs as well.
